Schuylkill Chamber Annual Award Winners to be Honored at June Breakfast James M. Stine Lifetime of Service Award Presented The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards program will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Schuylkill Country Club . The breakfast is being sponsored by Schuylkill Elder Abuse Prevention Alliance. The 2018 Award winners were announced at the 100 th Annual Luncheon on May 4, 2018. This award is not awarded annually, but presented only when the accomplishments of an individual meet all the criteria and highest standards established for this unusual expression of recognition. Mal was instrumental in the founding of United Cerebral Palsy - now known as Avenues - and was the Executive Director from 1952-1988. Mal quickly became known as the “Champion of the Handicapped” and was instrumental in the development of many of the programs and services still in operation today.
